PODZ.WORK - Safe and Secure WorkSpace

Keeping workers safe is top of the list as we adapt to the new normal. Businesses have a duty of care to their staff and it can be difficult to strike a balance between this and maintaining a practical workspace.

The PODZ.WORK concept has been designed to make it easy for companies and individuals to get access to flexible workspace by the hour or by the day to optimise new Covid Secure working strategies.

The PODZ.WORK concept has been designed by PSD Group, a diverse business, who have themselves been faced with the challenges everyone has to keep business moving, whilst increasing the focus on staff safety.

As a technology company PSD Group have the expertise to design and deploy solutions to assist in adjusting to the new normal.

Safety at our first PODZ Site PODZ.RINGWOOD starts with touchless entry to the building using RFID technology and hand sanitisation. Upon entering the suites and meeting floor temperature check points ensure all staff and guests are not exhibiting fever symptoms and can also be checked for face masks (dependent on current legislation).

The integration of technology within the fabric of our building has been designed to be as unobtrusive as possible, whilst ensuring people feel as safe as possible.

At the end of each day (in the small hours of the night), all areas of the PODZ workspace are sanitised using the latest UVC technology. UV Light is used to destroy 99.9% of virus and bacteria in the air and on surfaces, ensuring all spaces are clean and sanitised.
